All title and copyrights in and to XtremeKills, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of XtremeKills are owned by Mordemyr.

You may not Use this software in any other Mod without the permission of Mordemyr or its agents. You may not rent or lease this software.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software together with all copies. This license also terminates if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

RESTRICTIONS

Encryption software is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and other U.S. law, and may not be exported or re-exported to certain countries (currently Afghanistan (Taliban-controlled areas), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia (except Kosovo), Sudan and Syria) or to persons or entities prohibited from receiving U.S. exports (including Denied Parties, Specially Designated Nationals, and entities on the Bureau of Export Administration Entity List or involved with missile technology or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons).

LIMITED WARRANTY

This software and the accompanying files are used "as is" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
